Applications for the Prudential Loan Fund, which offers no-interest loans to help Dodge arts organizations bridge cash gaps, are due April 14, 2017.

A required information session and cash-flow workshop led by facilitator Hilda Polanco for those that intend to apply was held April 5. The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Third Floor Training Room of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation at 14 Maple Avenue in Morristown.

Organizations must receive funding from the Dodge Foundation to apply for a loan and applicants are required to have completed this workshop (if you've taken it previously, there's no need to sign up again).

The workshop will cover:

  • Overview of the Prudential Loan Fund
  • Strategic financial management
  • Understanding nonprofit financial health
  • Cash-flow projections
  • Financial reports

Attendees should bring their organization's audited financial statements (or Form 990 if they don’t have an audit).

Refreshments will be served.
