Green Building Features

With the goal of becoming LEED-certified, the green design of 14 Maple Avenue incorporates a thoughtful approach to clean, renewable energy (photovoltaic arrays, geothermal heat pumps) as well as reduced energy consumption (light shelves, high performance envelope, under-floor air-conditioning system, lighting motion sensors). It creatively addresses indoor air quality issues (living wall, under-floor air-conditioning system), and it also underscores a commitment to water conservation (green roof, living wall).
