The Dodge Foundation is pleased to announce its final round of grants for 2011, which total $1.9 million to 46 Arts, Education, Environment and Media organizations throughout the state of New Jersey. Including grants for its Technical Assistance Initiative, Poetry Program and Creativity Initiative, Dodge made 233 grants totaling $10.5 million this year, and welcomed 22 new grant recipients.

“Dodge continues to be amazed and impressed with the resiliency, resourcefulness and creativity of the sector, despite ongoing economic challenges” noted Dodge President and CEO Chris Daggett. He added, “Attendance is up at dozens of theatres, museums and art centers across the state. We’re seeing an increase in collaborations, notably among our environment grantees. And the education programs we supported this year have touched the lives of thousands of pre-K through 12th grade students and teachers across the state.”
