THE FOUR CONNECTING POINTS:
Communication That Leads to Action
Online workshops led by Andy Goodman
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH ONLINE SESSIONS
Tuesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 26, 2008
12:00–1:00 pm—Online
Every time you reach out, there are four potential points of connection between you and your target audience. When you know all four points and build your campaign around them, every minute and every dollar you invest will have a better chance of paying off. Failure to connect on even one point, however, and you give your audience an opportunity to walk away. In this age of "Too Much Information," most people are looking for opportunities to tune out anything they can quickly categorize as noise. You can learn "The Four Connecting Points" in this new online seminar designed expressly for non-profit communicators. In two hours (spread over two consecutive days), we will cover: the basics of framing and strategic communications; message creation and delivery; classic case studies from the public interest sector; and a new tool for campaign design.
Whether you are new to the non-profit sector or a long-time doer-of-good, "The Four Connecting Points" can serve as a fast and comprehensive survey course or just a helpful refresher.
Class size is limited so early registration is recommended! This workshop is for Executive Directors and/or Marketing personnel. Register up to two people: one person will be the primary participant online and the other can “audit” the class. Further audit information will be provided upon registration.
