Are there any aspects of your work that you wish were better?

As an organization, is there something in your work that matters to you that resists quantification? Something you think you can’t measure? Are there aspects of your work, internal to your organization or external to you in the world, which you wish were better? For example, do you wish you could improve the quality of your programs? Do you wish your staff meetings were more productive? Do you understand the roles of all of your co-workers? Do you wish board members were more engaged with your organization or more helpful with fundraising? Do you wish community members better understood what you do?

Helping organizations prioritize what matters most to them and giving them the tools to measure it is the core work of the Dodge Assessment Initiative.

Take a moment and make a list of a few things both internal and external to your organization that you would like to improve.
