The Foundation for Educational Administration, Inc. (FEA), a non-profit affiliate of the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA), has long recognized the need to develop leaders who have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the learning process, curriculum, and school practices. FEA's programs and services offer opportunities for school leaders - aspiring, novice and veteran - to develop learning environments that produce well-rounded, thoughtful and creative students along with the skills that foster an array of student learning as evidenced by a plethora of formative and summative assessments. The mission of the FEA states: "The Foundation for Educational Administration, Inc. is a community of leaders that promotes sustained professional growth, supports research-based practices, and enhances the spectrum of leadership for the purpose of continuous school improvement." FEA has expanded its mission to include focus on the continuum of leadership through research-based training opportunities. FEA's staff members are experienced educators who renew and revitalize themselves through life-long learning opportunities, including travel, trainings, national institutes, and presentations at national and international conferences. The foundation's supportive environment encourages a collaborative spirit among all staff who address the aspects of FEA's commitment to the three R's: Recruit, Retain and Revitalize School Leaders.
