Judy Ha Kim, Technical Assistance and Office Manager
As our Technical Assistance Manager, Judy manages the registration, communications and other logistics for Dodge’s Technical Assistance workshops. She is also Dodge's Office Manager, overseeing facilities management and booking conference space for Dodge grantees.
Judy has always had a passion to make a difference in society through education and social justice. She began her career in education through teaching social studies and English for speakers of other languages for youth and adult learners in the greater Philadelphia area. Judy has also served as assistant director of Asian Americans United in Philadelphia where she was involved in youth development programming, community engagement, fundraising/grantwriting, and event planning. Prior to joining Dodge, Judy was the project director at Foundations, Inc., serving as the lead training specialist and task lead for the U.S. Department of Education’s You for Youth (Y4Y) project which supported 21st Century Learning Center afterschool programs nationwide.
Judy holds a Master's degree in Multicultural Education from Eastern University and a bachelor's degree in political science and education from Swarthmore College. In her free time, she is an active member of her local church serving through mercy ministry, children's ministry, and small group leadership.
