Nai-Ni Chen Dance raises the visibility of Asian Americans by producing, creating dances that are inspired by the immigrant's journey, teaching authentic and creative dance in diverse and inclusive communities, and collaborating with artists who shares similar values and goals. Through this work on the ground, they empower artistic voices of many cultures, transform the colonial, dominating mainstream culture, build relationships, and move toward equity and beauty.
