Naeema Campbell

Program Officer

Naeema Campbell manages grantmaking at the Dodge Foundation, evaluating grant proposals, conducting research, and amplifying the work of grantees.

Naeema Campbell (she/her/hers) manages grantmaking at the Dodge Foundation, evaluating grant proposals, conducting research, and providing general program support. She also helps to shine a spotlight on grantees, contributing to external communications.

Prior to joining the Dodge staff, Naeema worked at Partners for Health Foundation in Montclair, NJ supporting their community health-related grantmaking and collective-impact initiatives. She graduated from Tufts University where she studied economics and community health.

Naeema is a cyclist, urban gardener, and an artist working with photography and mixed media.
