Ticiana Maloney joins the Dodge Foundation with over 15 years of experience in international development at UN agencies and international nonprofits.
In her role as Manager, Grants & Finance at the Foundation, Ticiana administers grantmaking operations across the Foundation, ensuring a smooth grantmaking process and experience for both Dodge Foundation team members and for our grantee partners. Prior to joining the organization, Ticiana served as the Director of Grants Management, supporting fundraising efforts, for StrongMinds, a nonprofit organization focused on mental health resources for women and adolescents in Africa. She has also held programmatic and research positions at organizations like Worldwide Orphans Foundation, UNICEF, UNHCR, and UNFPA.
A native of Brazil, she holds a law degree and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Sao Paulo.
