Ticiana Maloney manages grantmaking operations at the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, ensuring effective systems, financial coordination, and compliance for both Foundation staff and grantee partners.
Ticiana brings more than 15 years of experience in international development and nonprofit operations, with a background spanning UN agencies and global nonprofits. Prior to joining Dodge, she served as Director of Grants Management at StrongMinds, supporting fundraising and grant administration for mental health programs serving women and adolescents in Africa. Her earlier roles include programmatic and research positions at organizations such as UNICEF, UNHCR, UNFPA, and the Worldwide Orphans Foundation.
A native of Brazil, Ticiana holds a law degree and a master’s degree in political science from the University of São Paulo. Her work is grounded in a global perspective on equity, access, and institutional effectiveness.
