Dijonée Talley leads impact evaluation and learning at the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, working with program teams and grantee partners to assess effectiveness, strengthen strategy, and support continuous learning across the Foundation’s investments.
Prior to joining the Dodge Foundation, Dijonée worked across research, policy, and community-based settings, including municipal government, nonprofit organizations, and national policy initiatives. Her experience includes developing performance measures, synthesizing data across systems, and advising partners on how evidence can inform equitable decision-making. Across her work, she centers the perspectives of communities most impacted by structural inequities.
Dijonée holds a PhD in Criminal Justice from Temple University, an MS in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven, and a BA in Social Thought and Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
