Kathleen Hofmann, Special Assistant to the President & CEO
In her role as special assistant to the president and CEO, Kathleen provides administrative and strategic support to advance the Foundation’s priorities.
Following positions in consumer marketing and educational publishing, Kathleen shifted to the nonprofit sector, serving first as a program associate and then as executive director of a grassroots organization whose mission was to build community and cultural understanding through the arts. Later, she worked in fund development at the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and was the Director of Development of the Arts Council of the Morris Area and Two River Theatre Company.
Kathleen has a bachelor's degree in English from the College of St. Elizabeth and is currently enrolled in the Executive Master of Public Administration program at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
She is an avid, lifelong learner with a keen interest in many things, among them global affairs, management and leadership, social innovation, and gardening. Life has taught Kathleen the value of patience, persistence and compassion, and she still believes in the power of creative expression to help us understand each other and our world.
