Read — and consider printing — this checklist of information you will need to complete your Dashboard.
Step One: Enter each teaching artist and coach with which you work to present programs funded by Dodge. If you work with many artists through a residency or assembly at a single partner organization (ie, dance company or orchestra) you may enter that organization instead of the individual artists (there is no need to complete demographic data for these organizations).
Step Two: Enter the name, type, and brief description of the programs you offered during the school year that received support from Dodge.
Step Three: Enter schools where your programs are offered and complete data linking your programs and teaching artists to each site, providing additional details, including the grade, number and gender of students served, number of teachers, and time frame.
Repeat so that each school you serve and each program you provide is captured.
